Simple and Economical

Mobile phone repairs always need doing at the wrong time. We have set up this site to provide Mobile Phone Repairs and services using differing quality of parts and different timescales. These factors give you great flexibility and enable cost-effective pricing

Express or Easy

We understand how vital a Mobile Phone can be for the user. Our Retail store carries out many repairs on a while-you-wait basis during the day. This site provides either a fast track repair at full price or a reduced price if you can leave the device with us for 24 hours

By leaving a device with us for inspection or repair, or by using any of our services (in-store, by post, or online), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to clarify our service and protect both parties.


🔧 1. Repair Service Terms

1.1 Diagnostics & Initial Inspection

All devices are inspected upon arrival. Diagnostic charges apply where repairs are declined or where significant labour is required to diagnose the fault.

1.2 Data Responsibility

We strongly advise that you back up your data prior to repair.
We Fix BCR accepts no responsibility for data loss during repair, including but not limited to: photos, contacts, app data, crypto wallets, passwords, or system files.

📌 If a device arrives in a non-functional state, we cannot guarantee data preservation. Even if repaired, unforeseen hardware failure during or after repair may result in data loss.


🚚 2. Postal Repairs & Liability

2.1 Items Sent to Us

If sending a device to us by post, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. We Fix BCR cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit before reaching our premises.

2.2 Items Returned to You

Devices returned via post are packaged securely, but postal risk lies with the customer, unless insured. We Fix BCR will not cover:

  • Losses caused by postal delays

  • Destruction or seizure by postal carriers (e.g. Royal Mail restrictions)

  • Damage during transit

Please notify us if you wish to arrange your own courier or require insured shipping.


🛠️ 3. Warranty Terms

We Fix BCR provides a limited parts and labour warranty (typically 90 days) for most repairs. This warranty only covers the specific fault and part(s) replaced.

3.1 What the Warranty Covers:

  • Faulty replacement parts (e.g. screen goes blank, battery won’t hold charge)

  • Defects in workmanship related to our repair

3.2 What the Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Accidental damage (e.g. drops, cracked screens, pressure damage)

  • Water or liquid damage, whether related or unrelated to the original repair

  • Damage from misuse or neglect

  • Third-party tampering or repair attempts after our service

  • New issues unrelated to the original repair (e.g. new faults arising in different components)

❗ Example: If we fit a screen and you later drop the phone and it cracks, this is not covered.


💼 4. Customer Responsibility

  • We may apply non-removable security markings or seals to validate the warranty.

  • It is your responsibility to provide correct contact information and collect your device within 90 days of repair. Uncollected items may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.


💳 5. Payments, Returns & Refunds

  • Payment is due in full upon collection or before postal return.

  • We do not offer refunds for services already performed.

  • Refunds for parts are only issued if parts are faulty and cannot be replaced.


🔒 6. Liability Limitation

We Fix BCR will perform repairs with reasonable care and skill but will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect loss (e.g. missed appointments, loss of earnings)

  • Loss or damage resulting from postal services

  • Damage caused by pre-existing faults, corrosion, or water ingress

  • Data loss, regardless of cause


📄 7. Consent & Agreement

By signing our job receipt form or submitting a device (in person or by post), you are confirming that:

  • You are the legal owner of the device

  • You authorise us to carry out diagnostics or repairs

  • You agree to these Terms and Conditions
