Refund Policy

Overview

Our Warranty policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the good condition that you received it.

Your Warranty is void if the device has either 

  • Physical Damage or 
  • water damage
  • Any fault not relating to the original repair
  • Our warranty sticker/marker is not in tact.

We do not replace screens that are 

  • cracked, 
  • scratched or 
  • blank due to internal screen damage.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Mobile Phone Unlocking
  • Operating System Installations 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued once we have been given to opportunity to resolve a problem.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
